1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

All items must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked on the product page)
  • Personal care or hygiene products

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us with:

  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo or video of the issue

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

If approved, we will arrange a pickup (if available in your area), or you may be asked to ship the item back to our return address.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective products

Subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
